Day 1
Overnight flight to Buenos Aires.

Day 2: Buenos Aires
Arrival in Buenos Aires and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon city tour of the highlights of Buenos Aires. Visit the city centre, San Telmo, La Boca, Puerto Madero and Palermo, and stop at the Plaza de Mayo, Caminito and La Recoleta.

Day 3: Buenos Aires
Day of leisure or choose one of many optional activities.

Day 4: Buenos Aires
Day of leisure or choose one of many optional activities, such as an Evening tango show at Esquina Carlos Gardel, accompanied by a three-course dinner with Argentinean wine.

Day 5: Iguazu Falls
Transfer to the airport and flight to Puerto Iguazu. Airport reception and transfer to your hotel.

Day 6: Iguazu Falls
Morning guided tour to the Argentine side of the waterfalls. Board a little train that will take you to the beginning of the upper and lower circuits and Devil’s Throat.  Why not consider adding a zodiac boat tour which takes you on a thrilling ride upstream on the lower Iguazu River and takes you up close to some of the falls - guaranteeing a soaking!  Activities in the National Park provided will depend on the lodging chosen, so please contact us for information.

Day 7: Iguazu Falls - Rio
Morning guided tour to the Brazil side of the falls. Afternoon transfer to the airport and flight to Rio. Airport reception and transfer to your hotel.

Day 8: Rio de Janeiro
Half day guided tour to visit Corcovado and Tijuca rainforest by jeep – including the Statue of Christ.

Day 9: Rio de Janeiro
Day to enjoy Rio independently or choose one of many optional activities like a schooner cruise of the tropical islands, paragliding, trip to Petropolis, favela tour, etc. Note: add extra days, contact us.

Day 10: Rio de Janeiro
Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to the airport to take the flight back home. Note: add extra days, contact us.

Day 11
Arrival

Too short? Beach extension in Brazil after Rio: Buzios or Ilha Grande are recommended and make for a great extended holiday with the perfect beach stay at the end. Please contact us for further information.
