Rincon del Socorro

Rincon del Socorro is a small, refined eco-orientated estancia which uses the former homestead. It is an ideal place to enjoy the nature, to relax and see a very different part of Argentina. There are 6 rooms in the main house and three small bungalows within 50 metres of it. All have private bathrooms and most have their own sitting room.

The main house has a large indoor living room, a screened veranda living room, a large indoor dining room, a terrace dining area and a game room for children. In the grounds are a swimming pool and a quincho from where you will enjoy asados (Argentine BBQ).

At Estancia Rincon del Socorro you will have the rare privilege of staying on a 12,000 hectare former cattle ranch that has been transformed into a conservationist’s paradise on the edge of the Ibera wetlands. On horseback and by canoe you can venture deep into these massive wetlands. Be on the lookout for caiman, jaguarundis, howler monkeys and maned wolves.

Meals are predominantly prepared with organic fruit and vegetables, most from the kitchen garden. Meat is all free-range. The hostería is equipped with a professional kitchen and offers a full bar service. You will enjoy fine cuisine and lots of delicious asados, true to Argentine barbecue tradition.
