Hotel de su Merced is one of the most charming hotels in Bolivia. It is central and set in a lovely colonial building which dates from the 18th century. From its roof terrace you will discover fine views over Sucre.

There are just 21 rooms all of which are spacious and light (something not common to all hotels here). The décor is simple, yet tasteful with antique furniture. There is a little courtyard, most of the rooms set off it and overall this is just a very nice place to be based. It is near to the centre and so a good selection of restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.
