Alto Atacama has been built in the style of a traditional adobe settlement, complete with llamas and native crops. All elements were carefully designed to integrate with the indigenous building patterns of the Likanantay people.
Alto Atacama Hotel is designed as a village hotel, thought to be amazing but not disruptive. The hotel has 32 fully equipped guest rooms with their own terrace. Also counts with a Fusion Cuisine restaurant and a spa to enjoy after long days exploring the desert.
The rooms are equipped with a mini bar, safe, telephone and a hair dryer.
Alto Atacama features an H20 SPA “Puri SPA”, where you can enjoy a Finnish Sauna, Turkish Baths, Hydro Massage Showers, a Jacuzzi (Interior and Exterior), and relaxing Massage Treatments.
It also has six exterior swimming pools with a view to the Catarpe Valley and its red mountains.
The gastronomy is a mixture of Mediterranean cuisine with local ingredients of Chile and the Altiplano (high plains). Papasa de Socaire, Quinoa, and desserts made with Chanar are some of ingredients found in the dishes.
There is also an exterior bar and a place in the swimming pool area where you can enjoy a wonderful lunch.The food in Alto Atacama is healthy, delicious, and fuels body and soul before and after a day of exploring the desert.
