The usual package lengths are either 3 or 4 nights, but 5 to 7 night packages are also available upon request.
Explora is so much more than just a luxury hotel. It is perhaps the best way to really experience this uniquely beautiful and desolate spot in the world. Explora has a wide selection of excursions included in the price; you can choose from between 5 to 10 different options according to the weather. You select your 'excursion' before dinner.

Explora is only a ten minute walk from the centre of San Pedro or guests may borrow bicycles and pedal into town.
The nearest airport is at Calama (a two and a half hour flight from Santiago) and explora is one hour and ten minutes by road from Calama. Activities take place in groups no larger than ten guests with excellent bilingual guides.
