The lodge has a wide courtyard with plenty of parking for those who are more adventurous to be in 4X4.

On arrival at reception the staff are very helpful and will offer you a tour of the premises which include a snack bar, a wi-fi zone and a swimming pool which is perfect for a refreshing swim after a long dusty day in the desert.

The rooms are large, airy and cool offering a nice respite from the dry heat of the town.

The large space allows for plenty of relaxing and space for bags. The bathroom is clean and in the cold nights the hot showers are welcome.

The food that is served in the Snack Bar is wonderful: from simple chicken bites to risottos with brie and bacon to a variety of fillet of beef options, including Thai beef on stir-fried vegetables and another in red wine sauce with sautéed vegetables.

Breakfast has a good variety to suite all palettes. Varying from cereal toast with the usual accompaniments, to cake and biscuits, freshly cooked omelettes and fruits.
