Estancia Rio Penitente
Estancia Rio Penitente is a lovely and traditional estancia more or less half-way between
Rio Penitente is still run by the descendents of the family of Scottish pioneers that founded the estancia 1891. There are family photos on the walls and llamas in the fields as you approach. It is a great place to break up the journey on your way to the National Park.
The Victorian farmhouse has been immaculately preserved with eight bedrooms, each with bathrooms and fire places. There is good fly-fishing to be had or you may wish to go riding.
