Explora - Travesia in Patagonia
The Travesia in Patagonia (8 days/8 nights) involes travelling to the area that stretches from the Strait of Magellan to the Southern Ice Field and into Argentina.
In Chile the trip is centered around the Torres del Paine National Park using the explora as a base. In Argentina the journey focuses on the village of El Chalten which is located at the foot of the spectacular peaks of Torres and Fitzroy. Both locations offer hiking to the bases of incredible summits. You will travel through valleys and past glaciers that offer access to awesome natural landscapes.
The crossing between the two locations - El Chalten to Torres del Paine or vice versa is an impressive experience. You will travel along the Argentino and Viedma lakes and the rivers Santa Cruz and La Leona.
