La Merced

La Merced is another cracker of a boutique hotel in the historic centre and a stone’s through away from the city ramparts and the Plaza de la Merced and adjacent to the imposing Teatro Heredia and the Convento de la Merced. There are 8 very stylish rooms.

The mansion was built in the first half of the 18th century and with improvements there is now a swimming pool, plus a terrace with a jacuzzi and stunning views overlooking the ocean.

There are bicycles to be loaned if you fancy a bit of exercise.
