Hotel Duruelo
Hotel Duruelo is a former monastery which has been turned into a traditional country hotel with 85 rooms and cabins set in the carefully tended gardens.
The monastery has pretty red-tiled roofs, wooden balconies and white-arched corridors and was built between 1969 and 1972.
There are two swimming pools, a jacuzzi and this is all set in the midst of a colourful and peaceful mountainous landscape with great views over the surrounding landscape. The restaurants serve regional cuisine.
