Vinas de Cafayate

Vinas de Cafayate is just a couple of miles away from the main square of Cafayate (two and a half hours from Salta) and has been built in a vineyard at the foot of the impressive San Isidro Hill. It is ideal to stay a while here and learn about the wine tradition in the area or hike.

The resort has 12 elegant rooms all with a spacious covered balcony overlooking the vineyards, granite hills and Cafayate Canyon. All rooms have a king-sized bed and a big bath! There is a lovely swimming pool and lots of places to relax and appreciate the surroundings. This is a really good place to stay for a few days.

Vinas de Cafayte is also a great base for trips to the Cafayate Dunes or for walks across Cafayate Canyon/San Isidro Hill/Colorado river cascades. There is also mountain-biking/horse-riding, visits to goat cheese farms, the historical village of San Carlos and so it goes on...
