Manatus is a new jungle lodge hidden in the trees on the banks of one of the main canals in the Tortuguero. There are just 12 air-conditioned and beautiful rooms with private patios overlooking the jungle.

Once you are here, the main activities are watching the turtles (if it is the right season: June, July, August, September and October), kayaking, fishing and watching the incredible wildlife. Plus there are also canopy tours which are quite fun too.
