Lush tropical gardens with an infinity edge horizon swimming pool and Greek style amphitheatre set into the mountainside. A mile below and you find the villa’s own private beach with sun beds and a snack bar, reachable by a four-wheel-drive shuttle (leaves on the hour in front of the reception). The terra-cotta tile floors and wrought-iron furnishings create a distinctly southern-European feel. The open-air Mirador restaurant serves tasty French cuisine and is a popular hangout for well-heeled weekenders from San José. Down at the beach you will be pampered with the service of the staff who will offer you drinks and snacks.

There is beautiful landscaping, lush gardens, with toucans and hummingbirds regular visitors to the balconies of the rooms.

Though the hotel feels beautifully remote and isolated, in fact the town of Jaco is actually a 10 minute drive, but the beach at the hotel is deserted and very beautiful.
