Hacienda Cusin
Hacienda Cusin is a restored 17th-century Andean estate tucked into the Andean foothills, an hour and a half north of
The hacienda is owned by an Englishman. It enjoys a lovely and hidden away location and feels like a cosy country inn. The gardens are lovely to wander around, think bourgainvillea galore and walnut trees scattered all around and in the vegetable plot all kinds of fresh produce are grown, including rhubarb!
Individually decorated guest rooms and garden cottages with private bathrooms and hairdryer are simply furnished with selected fine crafts, hand woven blankets, antiques writing desks and snow-capped mountains views. Log-fires warm the cool evenings; hot-water bottles are even available on request.
Horse and mountain-bike riding available.
