Parador San Juan de Dios
Parador San Juan de Dios is to be found in one of the oldest parts of the city, it is a new hotel housed in a beautifully converted 17th century colonial farmhouse, set in landscaped gardens. There are three suites, including the stunning Master Suite, and nine rooms set over the four villas.
All the rooms are decorated with antique furniture, oriental rugs, artworks and beautiful paintings. The restaurant is located in the former flourmill and serves Mexican and European specialities. The food here is good and you may find that you eat here most of the time as it is quite a way on foot to get to the city’s restaurants and bars.
