Itinerary

Day 1: London - Mexico City - Merida
Catch you flight from London to Merida via Mexico City. Be transferred to your hotel in the heart of this colonial town. Enjoy an afternoon at leisure to explore - wander the cobbled streets, soak up the local atmosphere in one of the delightful street cafes and visit the central plaza. 3 nights Hotel Casa del Balam Hotel, conveniently located and a great place to relax after your flight.

Day 2: Merida
Enjoy a day at leisure but with the option to explore on your own or with a guide. Please ask a specialist for more information about your options while in Merida.
2 nights at the beautiful Hotel San Leonardo.

Day 3: Merida
Full day excursion to Uxmal, home to the extraordinary Pyramid of the Magician. Continue to Kabah, much of which is still unexplored but notable for the Palace of Masks with its ghoulish visages.

Day 4: Merida - Chichén Itzá
You will be met at your hotel and driven to Chichén Itzá via the beautiful town of Izamal. Have access to the ruins for the light and sounds show within the ruins. 1 night at the beautiful Hotel Mayaland & Bungalows, a real treat.

Day 5: Chichén Itzá - Playa del Carmen
An early start to get into the ruins before the crowds arrive. You have a guided tour of this magnificent site before you will be driven to your hotel on the coast where you have four nights to relax. 4 nights Hotel Mosquito Beach Club Hotel, a great place to enjoy watersports, local activities, or do very little!

Day 6: Playa del Carmen
Day at leisure. Optional excursions are available to the clifftop ruins at Tulum and the world’s largest natural aquarium at Xel-ha with plentiful lagoon, inlets and caves brimming with fish. The possibilities are endless on the Mayan Riviera. 2 nights Hotel Hostal de La Noria.

Day 7: Playa del Carmen

Day 8: Playa del Carmen
Day at leisure.

Day 9: Playa del Carmen - Cancun
This morning you will be collected from your hotel and driven to the airport in Cancun for your international flight back to the UK.

Day 10: London
Arrive back in the UK.
