Casa Andina Private Collection on Suasi Island is not just somewhere to stay, it is an experience. The vastness of Lake Titicaca can be observed from every single one of the hotel’s twenty five rooms, which lies on a mild and sheltered hill next to magnificent Andean terraces full of flowers.
Casa Andina Private Collection on Suasi Island (approximately 5 hours from Puno’s main port) is built with local materials such as stone, adobe and totora reed. The solar-powered hotel is located on the small private island of Suasi, one of the most beautiful and special islands on Lake Titicaca. Suasi is 106 acres and also home to the four South American camelids.
As well as lake views, each room is decorated with furniture specially designed to match the surrounding landscape. In addition, an exclusive “Andean Cottage”, located at the lakeside of the great Titicaca boasts 2 rooms with private terraces.
