In 2011 our sister company, Imagine Africa has been named in the British Travel Awards as the Best Specialist Safari Tour Operator and as the silver winner of Best Sub-Sahara Tour Operator. In 2010, it was the extremely proud bronze winner of British Travel Awards Best Sub-Sahara Tour Operator. And in 2009 we were 4th Best Tour Operator in the Guardian Travel Awards.

Regrettably, we have had to deal with various incidents during our lifetime - from volcanic ash and strikes to lost luggage and missed flights. As well as providing an emergency number available 24 hours a day 7 days a week in the UK, we provide all our clients with local emergency numbers to contact in Latin America. Rest assured that we have the experience and contacts to be there should you need us. And what of our finances you may ask? We are an ATOL protected, audited, growing company – latest financial statement.
We are a fully bonded tour operator which means that money paid to us is protected no matter what. The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. Our ATOL number is 6607.
